Courtney Niemann brings over 25 years of experience in the public health field to her role as Executive Director of the St. Christopher Truckers Fund. An accomplished community health specialist and nonprofit leader, Courtney has a proven record of developing impactful programs, securing funding, and leading high-performing teams. Her expertise includes community organizing, health advocacy, nonprofit management, and strategic planning.

A proud graduate of the University of Tennessee, Knoxville — Go Vols! — Courtney holds a B.S. in Community Health Education and an M.S. in Health Education/Health Promotion. Guided by a lifelong commitment to prevention, she is dedicated to advancing health equity, fostering partnerships, and improving the well-being of professional drivers and the communities they serve.

Married for over 20 years, Courtney is the proud mom of two sons and shares her home with her dogs- Jinger, Millie and cat- Bonnie.
